THE 3-PHASE ILIFT RECOVERY METHOD
We do not use a one-size-fits-all approach.
Your healing stage determines your treatment.
PHASE 1: Acute Recovery (0–5 Weeks Post Surgery)
**Manual Lymphatic Drainage Only
Performed within 48 hours (if cleared by surgeon) and continued through early healing.
No tools. No radiofrequency. No aggressive techniques.
During this phase, we focus on:

Typical booking schedule:
• 2–3 sessions per week
